  The girl taking our order didn't greet us and made us sit there for a long time. We received attitude from her and did not have a good experience here.

  The employees are so slow and don't give the right utensils to eat your shakes. Asked for another spoon and was told no you get a staw for a drink... read more and a spoon for a shake. I told her I ordered to shakes and she said "fine what stall are you in." I told her and waited for another 10 minutes finally we just left but we spent 1 hour waiting for 2 shakes and another spoon which we never got.

I hope management trains their employees to be kind and patient. We were not rude just asked her to stop talking so we could order.
The impatient attitude is not customer friendly and workers need to not rush people even when it is late at night.

  This Sonic keeps reestablishing how low the bar can go for a fast food establishment. Their customer service is nonexistent at times and annoyingly tolerable at best. The car in front of me had to wait a long time for the employee to even speak for the 1st time. He then ordered and drove forward. I waited to give my order for what seemed like 10 mins, a line of cars behind me, and now no cars in front of me. No one said anything through the speakers. I got fed up after a while longer and drove off. This location doesn't need a management overhaul, it needs to be shut down. This extremely low customer service has been going on for years. STAY AWAY! THIS LOCATION IS NOT WORTH IT!
